Bronze White Begonia have bright, white blooms on dark bronze foliage. Begonias flower throughout the summer up to the first frost. Few other annuals can beat begonias for hardiness and continuous flowering throughout the summer. These begonias are not restricted to a partial shade; they can be grown in full sun as well provided that they have enough water.
Begonias with bronze foliage perform better in the sunnier locations while the other green-leaved varieties should be planted in the shade. They prefer moist, well-drained, fertile soil.

None of the Begonias that we grow are fragrant. I think you probably ran across a variety of Angel Wing Begonia of which there are a lot that are used as tropical plants. Some of them may be fragrant.
