Whiteout Iberis (Candytuft) has clusters of large, pure white blooms that cover the glossy green foliage from early to late spring. Iberis have lance-shaped leaves that are evergreen in most climates. It can be found cascading over walls or the edge of containers and makes a great mounding groundcover. Candytuft doesn’t require much care other than a light pruning after it has bloomed. Iberis likes well-drained soil and can take it on a bit on the dry side.
