Crazy Blue Russian Sage (Perovskia) has spiky, deep sky blue flowers on silvery-green foliage. If the name sounds Russian that is because it was named after a Russian general. This compact variety forms a nice mound and branches better than others. The branches grow together and interlock helping to support the plant and keep it from falling apart in wind and rain.
