Pink Dianthus

*We no longer grow this item, but feel free to peruse the information.

Dianthus Firewitch has blue-green foliage with frilly, bright pink blooms.  This variety has a clove-like fragrance emanating from the single flowers.  Dianthus are also called Maiden Pinks. Some have double blooms that look like mini Carnations others have single blooms. The near-evergreen foliage spreads and mounds making it great for borders and walkways or cascading over a wall.  Dianthus prefers loose soil that drains well.  You can divide the clumps every 2-3 years.
