Description: Better known as Butterfly Bush, Buddleia has fragrant cone-shaped blooms on arching branches. It attracts many nectar-loving creatures other than it’s namesake, such as moths, bees and hummingbirds.  Beginning in mid-summer, enjoy the sweet fragrance of the deep pink conical blooms that appear on Pink Delight and continue until the first heavy frost.  The foliage is silvery with a soft, fuzzy looking texture adding interest to your landscape.

Spacing: Plant 48″ to 72″ apart.

Height: Grows 6′ to10′ tall.

How To Grow: Plant in full sun to part shade.

Outstanding Features: Remove spent flower heads to promote new blooming and prune hard in early spring. Blooms will be larger on new wood.

Tips: Thrives in fairly dry conditions so do not over water. Consistently wet soil can cause root rot.
