*We no longer grow this item, but feel free to peruse the information.

Impatiens are the must have plant for color in a shady flower bed, but did you know that there are now impatiens for the sun? Sunpatiens are the result of combining regular Impatiens with New Guinea Impatiens. The resulting plant is spectacular and performs like a dream in the heat of summer! They bloom from spring until the first frost in the fall. The blooms and leaves are thicker and have less chance of disease and damage.

There are three different series of Sunpatiens: Spreading, Compact and Vigorous. Vigorous Lavender has bright blooms with dark green foliage. Blooms will continue from spring until the first frost in the fall.
