Description: Impatiens are the must have plant for color in a shady flower bed, but
did you know that there are now impatiens for the sun? Sunpatiens are the result of combining regular Impatiens with New Guinea Impatiens. The resulting plant is spectacular and performs like a dream in the heat of summer! They bloom from spring until the first frost in the fall. The blooms and leaves are thicker and have less chance of disease and damage. There are three different series of Sunpatiens: Spreading, Compact and Vigorous. The Spreading Variegated Salmon has variegated green and creamy-yellow leaves that provides interesting color contrasts. Blooms will continue from spring until the first frost in the fall.
