Graptosedum Darley Sunshine Succulent has thick green leaves with red tips that whirl around into a rosette. Graptopetalum and Sedum were crossed to form the Graptosedum line. This variety spreads like a sedum with the rosettes growing out on the ends of long stems with the fleshy leaves spaced out along it. Graptosedum Darley Sunshine will tolerate some shade but be sure to hold back the water more than if it was in full sun. Succulents are finicky about having wet feet.
Succulents tend to be drought tolerant and prefer poor soil conditions that drain very well. Some varieties can take a light freeze. Try succulents in a rock garden or in a succulent wall. Some even do well in a terrarium.
