Burgundy Salvia

Empire Burgundy Salvia has dark green foliage with burgundy flower spikes.  Salvia, with its dark green leaves and its bright bloom spikes, has long been a popular landscape plant. Red Salvia is by far the most popular color. Along with the color selection, Salvia’s outstanding heat and drought tolerance just add to the plant’s landscape allure. Salvia will bloom until first frost in autumn.

Spacing: Plant 6” to 8” apart.

Height: Grows 12″ to 18″ tall.

How To Grow: Plant in full sun.

Outstanding Features: Loves the heat and will bloom all summer.

Tips: Dead flower stalks should be removed to promote new blooms.
