Scarlet Tuberous Begonias are covered in large, brilliant-red, single and double bloomed flowers on compact plants. The stems of the plants are thick but easily broken so handle with care. In addition to the bloom power, the foliage also adds to the plants overall attractiveness with large Jurassic-looking leaves.
Tuberous begonias go into a dormant phase and form tubers (roots) that can be dug and stored in a cool dry place until the next spring.
Spacing: Plant 8″ to 12″ apart.
